Contacted CourierIt yesterday 22nd Jul, due to a delay in the delivery of my parcel. Spoke with Letters Novela, who assisted in sending an instruction to the relevant department to expedite the delivery. He assured me delivery would occur today, 23rd Jul, and he delivered on that promise despite some internal department challenges. So thank you very much, Letters, and keep up the good work.
