Great Customer Service - Thulisile Motshoneng

I had a parcel that urgently needed to arrive in Durban from Johannesburg and I called in and I was assistance by a lady called Thulisile Motshoeneng, it was Friday afternoon and they were closing soon but she went the extra mile to ensure that she sends an email to colleagues that were working on Saturday, to ensure that my parcel is collected. My parcel was indeed collected on Saturday and she also followed up with me to check if everyone went as planned. I have not received such incredible customer service in such a long time. Thulisile really did a great job from the time I first spoke to her till the end when she followed up to check if everything went according to plan.
