Great customer service from the Welkom Branch

Initially there was some confusion as the sender of the parcel had put the wrong delivery address on the parcel. What a pleasant surprise to deal with Magdi and her team at the Welkom branch. They were willing to stay late in order for us to collect directly from the depot to avoid further delays in receiving our parcel. Courierit needs more people like her as the people in customer service in Johannesburg were absolutely no help at all.
