Frustrated client

The is no word to describe the level of bad service in this company I have been waiting for my parcel for 2 days I am nor getting anywhere very fast with these people The driver did not arrive yet he updated on his trip schedule that I was unreachable Very frustrated I don't think the staff is trained in handling clients concerns Spoke to one of the managers still waiting
