Frustrated

I am so upset with the service of courier it.i paced an order at cell c 27th Feb and was told to wait 3-7 working Days.Today is the 13th March ,this morning I contacted courier it and I was told tht my parcel has been in transit si ce 4th March, the lady said tht can't be possible and they will have to investigate and see will get back to me within 2day,I am still waiting I will definitely call back 2mrrw and demand answers as I'm sick and tired of this unprofessionalism
