FRUSTRATED

These ones sent me an sms that my parcel is on it's way to me on the 11th of November, I could also track it and see it's out for delivery. At night that day they updated the delivery is delayed - no call from drivery or explanation why it's delayed. The following day the same thing happened, and the following day again. Today it's the 14th and i'm still waiting. They update their tracking system but they don't update me what is the delay, if the driver can;t find my address for example why not call me?
