Frustrated

I write this with great frustration I’ve been waiting for my parcel to be delivered from the 7th of February till date, I have been making numerous calls and get different responses, first it was driver is unable to get hold of me which is pure lies because I never had any miss calls from them and i provided my correct contact details, and then after that all I get is you will receive your parcel the following day if not the same day but up until now I’m still waiting, no one is calling me to update about anything. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the level of service I have received from Courier it. I have been trying to follow up on my package that was supposed to be delivered 4 weeks back and I’ve been calling them almost everyday with a hope of positive feedback but all I get are empty promises. I have not received any SMS and no one called me when I asked the office lady that I spoke to as to why I haven’t received an sms if the order is really on it way she just said she the driver tried to call me with no response and that is absolutely ******* because I never received any calls, what a bad service.
