frustated

a very bad service am getting from this campany , they recieved my phone on the 9 th June from telkom and and they lost it. I have been calliing and calling and said they will contact Telkom. they only updated the system on 25 of June. again when i call Telkom the information courieit send is incomplete everytime i call they say the will call me back till this day no one called me back I even contacted their headoffice
