FROM PILLAR TO POST

Courier it, is paid but they don't do what they are paid for, am waiting for my martenity bag from gems, which courier it is holding it, I called them after receiving the message on the 25th of November, and they said they will deliver it on the 26th, because I was hospitalised by then, I gave them both my no's n my mom's, they didn't deliver the bag instead they sent me another message that says I should call them to trace my bag, I called them again bearing in mind that I use airtime to call them, I held the phone then I got stories, and they said they will deliver it today, and they didn't! what am going to get is another sms that says I should call them to trace my bag.
