FROM BAD TO GOOD SERVICE

So first of all - I was very very mad because because we asked the delivery guy to please let us know when he is at the gate . So that we know when we can be at home because we also have stuff to do. Anyway he never called us and let us know that he will be here at 10 or 11 or so , so when he got here we weren't here and he drove off and the package is needed ASAP. So when we phoned they told us the package will be delivered on Monday and that's ridiculous because we need the package TODAY!!! long story short I phoned customer care it's unacceptable because the delivery guy never told us he will be there in 20mins or so and customer care made sure the guy turns around and deliver the package. I don't know who talked to but thank you..... for doing something!!! My tracking nr is ***
