First experience with Courierit

I was expecting yesterday 30/07/2025 via Courierit. I the received an update via WhatsApp that i item has been delivered successfully(which was not correct as i did not receive anything) and i immediately called them the lady i got through first did not assist as she put me back to the main menu then i got through to Letters Novela who managed to clam me down by explaining what is happening with my delivery. He called me today as promised that he will check in if another delivery attempt is made and he ensured that the driver arrived at my address and delivered my item.
