Fed up

This company is nonsense to the core..I’ll never ever use them very useless. They where supposed to pick up my parcel and return it to adidas two days ago they send an sms stating they’ll come collect my order of which they never did. I called them today and spoke to a lady in the morning when I gave her my tracking number it didn’t track until she told me someone will come collect before end of business today. At 16:30 I called again because no one was coming to collect and I told this guy that was assisting me now that I’m leaving at 17:30 he told me the courier will be here before I knock off. It’s 17:48 and no one is here. This people are useless they should just quit what they doing. I’m sorry adidas but I’m done doing this with you because of the useless company you using
