False information

I was supposed to receive a parcel on the 02/04/2025, which the retailer was at fault however it was sent to the courier on Friday 04/04/25. My thought was it would then be loaded for delivery yesterday and nothing, I called them this morning and they said it has been loaded with a driver to be delivered today, and come 17:30 no delivery. When I track the parcel it still shows loaded into vehicle and TBA to deliver. What an absolute joke of Courier company, rather turn into the post office and fade away.
