False advertising

You advertise 2-3 days turnaround time, yet a package was sent to me on the 28th, and I have not received it.

Yesterday morning(30/11/2017) the package was still in JHB. After inquiring, the status on the tracking changed to in transit, which it still shows.

Apparently nobody in your Durban branch knows how to answer a phone either, because the number just rings until the call cuts. I received an email stating that today, 1 December, 4 days later, Durban branch has still not received my package
