Failing to deliver a parcel
Very very bad experience. It's the first time I received such poor experience from this big company. My parcel was supposed to have reached my address on friday the 5th of December 2025 till today, when I call they always say we will send it to moral our cars are out for delivery, everyday same thing. Today which is Wednesday the 10th they are not picking up my calls I've been calling once 8:30 am. The ladies that I get them on the phone doesn't have answers, am so disappointed.
