Failed service delivery
I assisted the company to delivery my parcel since the sender of the parcel provided incorrect details. I contacted the còmpany via emails and telephone at least three times. Worst off all the driver is dishonest. My parcel is a MAJOR CHALLENGE to be delivered to me
