Failed delivery

I am so disappointed and infuriated with the service from CourierIt, regarding my phone which was given to them by MTN as per the information I received and i also called and spoke to a lady named Elizabeth who confirmed the phone is with them by the Tracking ref I have. They have my phone however they do not have my contact number and never took the initiative to ask MTN for my contact details and I am the one who later had to do a follow-up of which I feel I was not assisted enough and they said I cannot get my phone as they cannot fasttrack my query. Worst service ever with poor communication to their clients
