failed delivery

Delivery Delay with no communication.

I received a whatsapp that my delivery will be delivered yesterday I kept tracking the shipment the whole day there was no movement. Late in the evening i receive a whatsaap message that the driver couldn't finish the delivery since there was no one at home. what's funny is I was at home the whole day
