Failed delivery

I have a order from Zando but courier it failed to deliver due to unkown reason beacause I was home the whole day could have drove and met them half way of they cannot deliver to my address as far as I know Zando as they show my address on their system courier it should be able to deliver my parcel I am so mad with their services and this gonna be the last time I am buying from Zando of they continue using *********** company they didn't even call me to talk to me now I received the message that my delivery has failes
