Extremely poor service from courierit

I am very disappointed in your Company I sent a email in the morning 4/12/2020 @ 7:19 am and Sheena rep**** to it @ 9;29 am , I then rep**** to Sheena @ 9.32 am to say I would collect it as I require the items this weekend . I also called the office to ensure it would be ready and was told to come to the last gate , they would find the parcel.

I arrived at 10;30 am and the guy at the counter went off to try assist me to the back , an hour later I tried calling Sheena , and was put on hold 3 times while they connect me . again I asked the guy at the counter to help , he called to the people at the back and said more people would help look for it .

A hour later tried to call Sheena and found she was not back from lunch , I then saw some else and asked them to assist me , they checked the system and confirmed the parcel was there , checked in to JHB @ 5am on Wednesday … He went off to try , they the guy from the counter returned to tell me it could not be found , they will try find it and send it to me .

This is very poor service , from Wednesday 2/12/2020 till today no one can find it , really need to sort your warehouse out.

Please ensure I actually get my parcel delivered to me
