Extremely poor service, Empty promises.

I was notified my parcel is loaded on the truck at 10am this morning. After waiting until 1pm, I called them and asked them nicely if they can prioritize my delivery because my office is closing early, they said no problem they will call the driver. After 2 hours still no parcel. I tried to call them again, it rings 2 times then they decline the call. This is unacceptable, dont make promises you cant keep. Schocking service, even worse client care.
