EXTREMELY POOR COURIER SERVICE

I was expecting a delivery on Friday (1 Sep) which never happened, driver did not even call. I followed up on Monday (4 Sep) they claimed they had a wrong address, I gave them the correct address and even geocodes for navigation. The next day they sent a message saying a “driver is out for delivery” which never happened. Today it’s the 6th, still no delivery, no phone call, no email, nothing. This is the most awful courier service I have ever experienced.
