Extremely Bad Service

Courierit has very bad service as they Never update the Tracking app with Progress, i still wonder why big company such as Adidas, Umbro and Telkom are still using them for courier service

I have been trying to sort this issue out for 2 days now with them just saying its still coming, I have spoken to numerous agents to try and sort this out but they all tell me that they sending a mail to request updates but still nothing. This has happened to me on 3 counts in a period of 4 years.
