EXTREME POOR SERVICE

Possibly the worst of the worst. Customer service severely lacking. Customer is told to be home 08:00 to 17:00 every day until parcel is delivered. Alternatively call in each morning so one's day can be planned around courier service. Spent R330 at least trying to get this parcel (not counting landline calls). Parcel shows delivered but is still not here.
