Extreme Poor Service

Very disappointing service. My parcel was handed over on 24 April, and as of 9 May, I still have not received my delivery. The tracking information continues to show “out for delivery,” yet no delivery has taken place. Multiple failed delivery attempts were followed by inaccurate or conflicting explanations. Despite repeated follow-ups over more than two weeks, the issue remains unresolved. Extremely poor communication and unprofessional service.
