Extreme bad service at high cost

Courierit does not deserve any stars at all - but I cannot write this review if I do not award a star. I sent a document from Durban to Johannesburg on Tuesday at a cost of R185.00 (one sheet of paper). I was told at Postnet that it would reach my daughter on Wednesday but Thursday at the latest. Today is Thursday - 16.45 No document delivered and my daughter sitting at work after hours to wait for the document. Courierit sent a message at 08:15 this morning saying that the document was on its way to the delivery address - ALL DAY TO AND STILL NOT DELIVERED!!!!!!!! In the envelope and fully paid by 10:00 on Tuesday. So hours so far: 54.40 hours and No sign of delivery! FED UP AND DETERMINED NEVER TO USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN!
