Expecting delivery

What a poor service from Courierit, it pathetic, I have been waiting for my parcel from 18th of December from Cell C, On the tracking app it was on the Durban Branch on the 18th of December, From last week I was tracking it, it said I can't trace it anymore, it been more 5 days. I have been calling in the office from last week no one picks. This is frustrating. It the worst service I have ever come across with.
