Excuses to not deliver

My delivery was supposed to made on Friday 2nd December 2022 instead of coming to the delivery driver called me to tell me the package has the wrong address and needs to send it back, my colleague had his phone delivered at work using his work address and had no issues but for my delivery I get excuses, and this is not the first time this has happened. They just decide to send the parcel back without even trying to deliver. Very poor service and from reading all the complaints this is the norm.
