Excuses on delayed delivery

One thing iv noticed about this company ,its unprofessional and unrealistic ,they dont even mind wasting others time,i have been waiting for my parcel since 13 june ,they always send sms saying they delivering but at the end of the day when i trace it ,they say contact unavailable yet i got no missed calls notification from any number to show they really did call ,their staff is useless and *********** they dont even care about their work.. nonsense of a company
