I would like to formally commend Letters Novela from the Johannesburg branch for his outstanding professionalism, initiative, and commitment to customer service.

He was the only person at the Johannesburg branch who took ownership of my query. His swift and proactive response ensured that the Durban customer care team was alerted promptly, ultimately resulting in my package being delivered on time.

Letters Novela demonstrated the accountability, leadership, and customer-focused approach that should be upheld throughout the organisation. In my opinion, he possesses the qualities of an excellent Team Leader and deserves recognition for his efforts.

Unfortunately, my experience with other staff members at the Johannesburg branch, particularly on Friday, 9 October 2026, was disappointing. Letters Novela stood out for his willingness to assist and his ability to deliver a positive outcome when others had failed to help. His conduct is an excellent example of the standard of service customers deserve, and I strongly believe his efforts should be recognised by management.
