 I would like to take this time to send a BIG Thank you and Complimentary email to Charmelee Benjamin 😊

 In December we sent a Very Important Overnight package from Joburg (Postnet) to Cape Town (Postnet)

 This was from family to my sister and her husband who were leaving on the 1st of January to return back to Australia, this box was filled with not only Vitally important documentation for them but also family sentimental gifts.

 There was unfortunately a freight delay with the package and to say the least our family was Extremely worried and the anxiety was at an all time high.

 Because of the New Years weekend the chances were more likely that the package would only arrive by the 2nd of January.

From the Moment Charmelee took my call she was Professional, Friendly and very understanding, she went over an beyond to ensure she could do everything in her power to guide the process and due to her EXCELLENT logistics planning and her Amazing personality the package literally made it to the postnet on Time.

I would like to make note that it literally made it within 38 seconds of postnet closing 😊 It was like a Mission Impossible movie and truly our WHOLE family was so Relieved and HAPPY and GRATEFUL for Charmelee and the Courier TEAM working with her to make this happen.

In the country where customer service is lacking it was truly refreshing and amazing to see that there are still some companies where their staff take care of their clients.

I will also be posting this Complimentary email message on Hello Peter for both Courier It and Charmelee.
