Excellent service from LETTERS NOVELA (Courier IT)

Much appreciation to LETTERS NOVELA! After nearly losing hope that my parcel will never be delivered due to miscommunication, and inefficient systems and after struggling for 4 days, Letters' efficiency and patience to deal with the matter resulted in my package being delivered on the same day I've had the pleasure in dealing with him. In the last 4 days I must have spoken to more than 5 customer care consultants, and not one of them was able to resolve the issue. He made sure to keep me posted on the progress of the matter and even made sure that after my parcel was delivered that I have indeed received it. I have to commend Letters on his ability to calmly and efficiently resolve the matter, and this is what I would expect from a customer service consultant! He really went the extra mile and should be rewarded for his effort!
