hope this email finds you well, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to CHANTEL PHIRI for her outstanding, excellent and magnificent service she offered to me.. The lady is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, she gone extra mile to make sure my query is sorted accordingly, she is so reliable whenever she promised to phone she does exactly that, she understood my frustration and used her beautiful voice to calm me down and made me feel hopeful that my query was going to be sorted. I would like her to keep up the good and excellent customer service ethics, she is a powerhouse of the organization. She phoned me again today early morning, just to make sure I was okay and unreservedly apologized for the inconvenience I endured, Unlike the Durban branch, no one bothered to call or simply say we are sorry. I am ecstatic about her service and I wish her absolutely nothing but all the best in her career path, how I wish she can relocate to Durban and become a manager there, things would fall in place.
