EMPTY PROMISES

The service I am receiving from CourierIT is absolutely horrible! I order a package with next day delivery and got the SMS stating my parcel is out for delivery I got a call from the delivery person but he was at the wrong address (after choosing the address on Google Maps). I mailed them and got a reply stating the supplier gave the wrong address and my parcel will be out for delivery today 21/04. I did not receive an SMS and contacted the branch. I spoke to a lady and she said she will ask for delivery today still. Denise then phoned me back later and promised delivery at my house address (1st call was between 18:00 and 20:00 and on the second call between 18:00 and 19:00) I still have not received my parcel and will not be at the original delivery address tomorrow. After saying this is a gift ordered and is now an inconvenience for everyone! All you get from this company is Empty promises!
