Emails and Websites Don't Work

I wasn't at home to receive a parcel. I then received an email with a link to request a new time for the parcel to be delivered. Clicked on the link and all I see are two logo's and a white page. No options to do anything. Go on to their website, it doesn't display correctly and none of the links work.
