****ed up delivery guy

I was expecting a delivery on behalf of my brother which was instructed to telkom that i will be accepting the delivery on his behalf. The delivery guy refused to give me headset and pushed me fighting over the phone. Mind you i have got stiches as i was doing an operation last week Thursday. I seriously don't understand why would he behave like an animal
