on the 17th i called Courier it and spoke to Lee , i gave her the delivery details where it should be delivered to . I traced the waybill - THD***8 and it stated where it should be delivered to . You say you a hi tech courier , but your drivers / staff don't communicate properly . why send people sms's if your communication is broken

19 Dec 2019, 20:26I am really getting bad service from. You cpt and jnb branches and if i have to email all branches to get a competent person to deliver my parcel. My parcel was suppose to be delivered yesterday. TUESDAY i called your jnb branch arranged with Lee that she need to give the correct addresses as i am at work. Driver did not deliver. His note on waybill is contact unknown... Nonsence!he did not even bother to try and contact me. I called this morning as lee told me the parcel will be delivered todayand try for delivery by ten. I called because nobody called me today. They told me the cpt manager said they will arrange for same day this afternoon noon by 3h30.I received a call again saying delivery will be between 6 and 8 pm. I am still waiting. This is just plain bad service. No wonder you have a rating of 2. I worked for a courier company and i can with all honesty say the customser service and operations made sure their parcels was delivered even if it was late evening. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager is just always is a meeting. I am so ****ed. I have all the calls that i made to you recorded and i will take this further
