Drivers are rude and lack common sense

This is the worst courier experience I have ever had. The driver was very rude. The driver calls and says that he is just 5 minutes away but can't deliver my parcel because he will be late for the next location he is going to. How absurd is that? Courierit needs to train their drivers on customer service otherwise this will affect their main clients which are the companies we buy these products from. From now on as soon as I know that the company I am about to buy a product from uses Courierit for their deliveries, I immediately terminate the transaction. Period.
