Drivers are always delayed

This company is very unprofessional but it’s huge at the same time I don’t understand, I have made a purchase on ADIDAS online and they use courier it , delivery was suppose to take 3 days but today it’s the 10th day , when I check my status regarding the delivery, the driver is always delayed , I mean from JHB TO PTA.
