Don’t use Courierit if delivery is important to you

Flew into a Cape Town specifically to receive a parcel after making definite specific written arrangements with Courierit. They delivered parcel day before I arrived in CT, and returned it to Depo. Had a crazy time tracking and retrieving it myself. No attempt to redeliver parcel to me. Very poor service.
