Don't trust CourierIt with your valuables

My PASSPORTS arrived from an embassy yesterday. However, I never received a tracking number, any notification that they had been shipped, any indication of expected delivery date, no phonecall when they arrived, and to top it off, they simply gave them to a complete stranger in another building without requesting any form of ID!!! I am LIVID that my valuable documents were placed in their "care" and could have easily gone missing! I will let everyone know that their goods are not safe with them!! F U R I O U S
