Dont have a clue on what they doing

my parcel was suppose to be delivered on the 07th December not one call from courierit to advise that they delivering the parcel. i just receive an sms to say no one available were they even there at my place. i then call in on the 7th to advise what is happing they promise me that it would be delivered the morning of the 8th December yet hen i called in now its still at the DC are they even aware of what they doing there ?
