Don't Courierit

I took out a contract with Telkom and my phone was given to Courierit to deliver to an address other than my residential area. The delivery address is in rural Tshwane with no GPS service for street addresses but only schools and clinics. Telkom captured the information as requested but the courier company twice went to my residential address and made no attempt to call me when delivering. As things stand, I can only get that phone in mid November because that's when I will be home in the week. I find it odd that a courier company contrated to Telkom can only make deliveries in cities and still cannot call in advance to warn they are about to deliver, in case you have gone to the shops. I can't sit the whole day in the house or office waiting for a delivery which might not take place. Telkom should look elsewhere for a reputable company to do their deliveries.
