Don't Courier With Courier-It

Frustration would be a understatement.

I wonder if competency will ever exist within the organization in question. I assure you, I will continue to wonder, as I will ensure not to task Courier-It.

I was set receive the parcel on the 22-01-2024, until the driver requested original identity document & proof of address.

I have called in multiple times, spoke to multiple people, all who seemed ***********. I have been spoken to unprofessionally also had been hung up on.

I requested the branch manager on multiple occasions, the request remained unfulfilled.
