Do not use COURIERIT, rather use reputable courier service providers that take responsibility.

Business doe not want to take responsibility for not delivering a document at the time that was agreed upon. This is a Tender with a time deadline for submission, they took the job and payment with all this in mind. When they failed to deliver, they did very little to notify the customer. When questioned today, they say they tried to call the customer once, and they don't have time to keep on calling the customer. Rather use reputable service providers that take responsibility.
