CourierIT was supposed to deliver a package on Tuesday. Received a whatsapp with a message that my parcel had been delivered. Contacted support as the update was incorrect and the parcel had not been delivered. Received a call 4 hours later that they would update me on Wednesday. Wednesday I was contacted to be told that my parcel would be delivered today...still no parcel

Tracking app still displays that my parcel has been delivered
