Do not use Courier IT they will take you for a ride!!

If I were to rate this company I would give them zero stars! They are the absolute worst! I am actually furious. The driver who was supposed to deliver my parcel was suppose to deliver it on Thursday then they sent an email stating that they lost track of time. I called them the next day which was on the 23 of April and the courier said they would deliver by 1pm. I told them I cancelled plans on Thursday waiting for their arrival but they did not show up and did not even communicate. On Friday I called them twice and they said they would ask the driver to contact me but I did not receive any calls from the driver and he did not show up either. No communication still!! I sent another email stating my frustrations and then they said it would definitely be delivered today and still today nothing! no calls, no emails nothing from these people. I have read a lot of negative reviews about this company and they still treat their customers like nothing! It's disgusting really.
