Do not use courieit

So, I receive an sms from courierit on the 9th of November to say delivery will take place between 8 - 5pm. At 4:13 they log an address exception for non delivery. During all this time they had my number and could not call for the correct address. How messed up is that, then they have the gall to blame Telkom for been useless.
