"Do it yourself" couriers

Absolute garbage company. Unprofessional, rude and *********** staff. They had to drop my package off at work, and could not figure out simple instructions like "I can't take personal calls at work so just ask for me at reception." The courier would stop outside, try to call me on my phone, have it ring three or four times, hang up and then leave saying he could not deliver the package. This happened three times. Trying to communicate with their phone staff was just as lacklustered, half of them sounded like I woke them from a nap and the others just kept replying with "Eish, we will try again tomorrow. Sorry ne."

When I finally got through to someone capable of making an effort it was done in between random screaming and load music in the background. After several abysmal attempts from them to do something as simple as dropping off a package I got him to tell the courier to wait wherever he is so I can come and pick it up from him myself. So not only did they waste my time and money but I had to do the job myself in the end.
