dissatisfaction and disgust with the service I received

<p>I wish to express my extreme dissatisfaction and disgust with the service I received recently.</p> <p>I had couriered important documentation from 3@1 Business Centre in Horizon (Gauteng) to Cape Town on 09/03/2017. I had requested and paid for an overnight express delivery and was told to expect the documentation to be delivered in Cape Town the next day. My tracking number is ********** 2323. The contents of the package was important legal documentation for my attorney regarding the estate of my late father-in-law without which his funeral arrangements could not take place. Upon my arrival in Cape Town on 13/03/2017, I followed up with my attorney and was told that the documents had not been received.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I queried this with Courier-It (the courier company contracted to 3@1), a lady called Barbara told me that they could not deliver the package as the driver could not find the address as listed on the manifest. Neither the recipient nor myself was contacted to clarify the address or to be notified that the package would not be delivered. I made several follow-up calls and was promised feedback which never materialized.</p> <p> </p> <p>The last query I made was yesterday 14/03/2017 where a lady by the name of Rochelle asked me to resubmit the address. I was also told to pay another R245.00(Dawn Express) so that the documentation could be delivered today. I am awaiting feedback as to the delivery status of this important package.</p> <p> </p> <p>My father-in-law’s passing in Johannesburg has been very traumatic on our family and the funeral has been planned for Saturday 18 March (this coming Saturday). As mentioned earlier in this email, my attorney needs some of the documentation to be processed so that we can go ahead with the funeral on Saturday. My family and I do not wish to be inconvenienced any longer by delays due to bad service delivery. We certainly do not need the trauma of his passing to be prolonged. </p>
